Pricing FAQ
Is anything available to buy right now?
Not yet. We're opening access gradually through a waitlist, starting with the free AI audit. The Challenge Pack, Buyer Report and Block Plan are coming soon — join the waitlist to be notified when each opens.
Why is the Challenge Pack a one-off fee, not a subscription?
A service charge challenge is a project with a defined outcome. The £199 Challenge Pack is a single payment for the full set of letters, correspondence and evidence bundle for one dispute — no recurring charge.
What's the difference between the Challenge Pack and the Block Plan?
The Challenge Pack (£199 one-off) is for an individual leaseholder preparing a specific dispute. The Block Plan (£79/month per block) is an ongoing service for RTM companies, RMC directors and residents' associations, covering the whole building year after year.
Do you offer legal advice or represent me at tribunal?
No. We provide information, document preparation and tribunal self-representation support — not legal advice or legal representation. If your case needs a solicitor, we can refer you to a partner law firm with a fully-prepared case file. We don't sell consultations or charge hourly rates.
Should I withhold my service charge while I dispute it?
No. Service charges should generally continue to be paid while a dispute is prepared or heard. Our reports and packs are designed to support a formal challenge through the correct routes, such as the First-tier Tribunal, without putting your lease at risk.
